Sovereigns, Embassies and Consulates

When Wolf, P.A. was founded in 2009, it was to meet the needs of embassies and consulates responding to cases and crises involving their citizens, and international private clients with legal matters in the U.S.

Experience

Development of Embassy Crisis Management

In diplomatic crises and consular emergencies, time is a factor. We developed Embassy Crisis Management, which provided rapid response; ensured the right lawyers, investigators, experts and consultants were being engaged; and made sure cases were being effectively handled. The system improved response times, which improved the handling of cases, which improved results. The system also made important information available to the relevant departments within the embassy and the relevant ministries at home.

Development of an International Students Pilot Project

Cases involving international students are occasionally serious enough to rise to the level embassy or consulate attention. For that reason, we developed a pilot project to reduce the number of cases involving students and to improve the handling of those cases which do occur.
